A GovLoop guide focusing on Customer Experience in Government.


For this guide, I wanted to create something playful and engaging. Since this was a how-to guide, I was heavily inspired by maps, specifically treasure maps. I added arrows throughout the guide to serve as a whimsical background element, but sometimes, the arrows would serve to help point out important information to the readers.
